I’m a somatic therapist and community social worker who helps people stuck in loops of stress, anxiety, burnout or overwhelm reconnect with their bodies and feel safe again.

I specialise in working with:

My approach is body based and practical. We focus on what your nervous system is doing, why it reacts the way it does and how to gently shift it out of survival mode. Instead of only treating symptoms, we explore the patterns underneath them and work with your body to release tension, restore balance and build resilience.

My style is supportive, down to earth and collaborative. I combine somatic practices with grounded, evidence based therapy so you can feel more regulated, more connected, and more in control of your body and inner world.
